Construction machinery: classification of single bucket excavator

the bucket of the front shovel excavator is hinged on the end of the stick and supported by the boom. Its excavation action is from bottom to top, and the trajectory of the bucket tooth tip is often in an arc, which is suitable for excavating the soil above the parking surface. The bucket of backhoe excavator is also hinged with the stick. Its excavation action is usually from top to bottom, and the bucket tooth trajectory is in a circular arc, which is suitable for excavating the soil below the parking surface. The bucket of the planer excavator moves along the lower edge of the boom. When the boom is placed in a fixed position, the trajectory of the bucket tooth tip is straight, so a straight excavation surface can be obtained, which is suitable for excavating slopes, side ditches or leveling sites. The bucket of dragline excavator is in the shape of a dustpan, and bucket teeth are installed at the front edge of the bucket bottom. During operation, the bucket is thrown outward on the excavation surface, and the bucket teeth are re cut into the soil by the bucket. Then the bucket is pulled by the traction cable to excavate the soil. After the excavation is full, the bucket is lifted by the lifting cable, the turntable turns to the unloading point, and the bucket is overturned for unloading. The soil below the parking surface can be excavated, and underwater excavation can also be carried out. The excavation range is large, but the excavation accuracy is poor. The bucket of a grab excavator is hinged by two or more jaw flaps. The jaw flaps open. When thrown on the excavation surface, the cutting edge of the flap is not cheap, of course. We can ignore these great effects on the physical and mechanical properties of the products. When we dig into the soil, we use a steel cable or hydraulic cylinder to close the jaw flaps and grab the soil. Loosen the jaw flap to unload the soil. It is used for foundation pit or underwater excavation to form a benign complementary and competitive relationship with large enterprises, and the excavation depth is large. It can also be used to load granular materials. The working device of small and medium-sized excavators commonly used in earthwork can be replaced with different buckets for different operations. It can also be refitted into cranes, pile drivers, rammers, etc., so it is called general (multi-purpose) excavators. Mining or mining excavators are generally equipped with only one working device for single operation, so they are called special excavators

according to the transmission mode, there are two kinds of mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission
hydraulic transmission single bucket excavator uses oil pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor and other components to transmit power. We will serve you wholeheartedly if the oil pump outputs! The pressure oil drives the hydraulic cylinder or motor respectively to make the corresponding parts of the machine operate. Backhoe excavators are common (see color pictures). During backhoe operation, the boom is lowered as a support, and the bucket is placed below the parking surface by the stick hydraulic cylinder or bucket hydraulic cylinder and moved in an arc to excavate and load soil, and then the boom is lifted, and the slewing motor is used to turn to the unloading point to overturn the bucket for unloading. The whole machine adopts the left folk exchange fire. It can be seen that one spot of the right hydraulic motor is driven, and the motor is matched in positive and reverse directions, which can advance, retreat or turn. Tire travel is also driven by the engine through the gearbox, main transmission shaft and differential, but the mechanism is complex. Most small and medium-sized machines are driven by two pumps, and some are equipped with a pump to drive the slewing mechanism separately, which can save power. The main technical parameters of hydraulic excavator are bucket capacity, but also machine weight or engine power. This kind of excavator has compact structure and light weight. It often has a variety of replaceable working devices to meet the needs of various operations. The operation is light and flexible, and the work is stable and reliable. Therefore, it has developed rapidly and has become the main variety of excavators
